Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
Clients will be permitted 3 refundable cancellations per calendar year at the sole discretion of Refresh Integrative Wellness. All cancellations above and beyond the first 3 may be forfeited or rescheduled at no additional cost to client. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the originally scheduled appointment date.
No-shows will not be reimbursed.
